Train your flexibility and strength with functional full body exercises. The focus here is on specific exercises for mobility as well as movement patterns important for everyday life. At the end you will strengthen your back and torso with a small power part. The course is optimal against tension and back pain and thus creates the basis for a pain-free work. You will need sportswear and a mat.

With the fantasy journey you can switch off completely from everyday life and go to a wonderful place in your mind.
